DAWN WILLIAMS BOYD
CLOTH PAINTING SERIES: Streets of Atlanta

The Streets of Atlanta series cloth paintings are small, brightly colored and depict actual experiences I've had while cruising around metro Atlanta. Some feature cute kids and animals; most are done in a lighthearted style, though some deal with serious local issues. Structurally, there is a minimum of embellishment - no beads and sequins, very little silk ribbon, etc.
